<div class="mceTemp">Next, another popular profile.  This door was treated first with potassium dichromate to prepare it for a dark custom stain.  Then it was sprayed with 1 coat of sealer, sanded lightly and then sprayed with clear lacquer.</div>

<div class="mceTemp">Another special treatment for this flat panel within a solid poplar frame.  Sprayed with a white base (2 coats), then glazed as shown, then sealed and lacquered.  More labour intensive, but a very appealing result.</div>

<p>Characteristics of a typical kitchen:</p>

<li>Standard height &amp; depth lower (34 ¾ X 23 ¾) and upper cabinets (33 X 12 5/8)</li>
<li>Cabinet frame components (including shelves) of 5/8&#8243; melamine &#8211; common maple or white colour; option for other colours</li>
<li>Frame construction &#8211; stapled and screwed</li>
<li>Solid wood doors and drawer faces</li>
<li>Floating panels – flat or raised panels &#8211; choice of styles</li>
<li>Exposed panels made of matching laminate or option for matching raised panels</li>
<li>Wood components = poplar or soft maple  (option to choose another wood &#8211; will impact the price)</li>
<li>Matching foot plate, cache-neon and crown moulding</li>
<li>Wood finish &#8211; stain or paint (not recommended for solid wood)</li>
<li>Sprayed lacquer seal</li>
<li>Pantry - 3 or 4  full extension drawers/shelves</li>
<li>Drawer boxes – melamine; option for other choices</li>
<li>option for doors with glass panels</li>
